The Mano 'a Mano Award is presented by TIDR to one
case manager each month. The award recognizes and
encourages case managers who work daily to assist
those in need. This award is presented at the last
case managers/TIDR meeting of each month.
1.
Submit application by email to Amy BeVille Elder

a week before the last wednesday of each month.
2. Application is a simple success story in the
area of case management. When appropriate and with
permission, the success story will be read at the
case managers meeting on the day of the award.
(confidentiality will always be of first concern;
details of story may be changed to protect the
client. No story will be shared without express
permission which should be indicated on the
submitted document.)
3. Indicate whether or not success story may be
shared in a public setting or displayed on TIDR's
website.
4. Dated Application must include: Name, Phone,
& Email of case manager; Agency and
supervisor's name.
5. Applications may be resubmitted.
